Plaintiff A.A. alleged sexual harassment in the work place perpetrated against her by her male supervisor R.R. during the course of her employment at Shandin Hills Rehabilitation Center. Shandin Hills Rehabilitation Center at the time was owned by Regency Health Services, Inc., a publicly held corporation.
Plaintiff further alleged that during the course of her employment, defendant Regency Health Services, Inc. as owner of Shandin Hills Rehabilitation Center knew or should have known of the existence of plaintiff's hostile work environment and failed to take reasonable steps to prevent same.
A Cross- Complaint was filed by plaintiff's supervisor R.R. seeking indemnity against Defendant/ Cross-Defendant Shandin Hills Rehabilitation Center.
